How much does a trip to the Philippines cost? 2027 budget for 7 days

A week in Cebu and Bohol mixes a lively city, a fast boat across the Bohol Sea, the Chocolate Hills, tarsiers and a beach base on Panglao. Day to day it is good value: chicken inasal with rice costs under PHP 300 at a grill chain and a coconut juice PHP 75. The bigger costs are the boats, the cars you need on Bohol and the rooms in February. This guide prices the whole week at three levels, with every room, meal, ride, boat, ticket and SIM included, then adds the flight from Europe.

A 7-day trip to Cebu and Bohol in the Philippines in February 2027 costs about PHP 21,500 per person on a budget (about EUR 305), PHP 31,500 mid-range (about EUR 445) or PHP 81,700 in comfort (about EUR 1,155), for two people sharing a room, with all meals, transfers, the OceanJet fast craft both ways, a car for the Bohol countryside day, sights, a SIM and a 10% buffer. A return flight from London adds about GBP 1,100-1,400 per person.

The model trip

Two adults share one private room for 7 days and 6 nights, from 9 to 15 February 2027, following our Cebu and Bohol in 7 days itinerary: two nights in Cebu City for the old centre, Fort San Pedro and the free National Museum; the OceanJet fast craft to Tagbilaran and three nights on Panglao; a day by car to the Chocolate Hills at Carmen, the Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary at Corella and a lunch cruise on the Loboc River; a beach day on Panglao with Hinagdanan Cave; the boat back to Cebu and a last night on Mactan before the flight. Prices were checked on 21 October 2026.

February is in the cool dry season, from December to February, according to the national weather service PAGASA. UK and EU passport holders do not need a visa for a stay of up to 30 days; the eTravel arrival form is free, and the Philippine travel tax does not apply to foreign visitors staying less than a year. See Philippines entry requirements. Most hotels have not published rates for February 2027, and several entrance fees are not published online, so those figures are estimates marked "about", based on the rates and menus we could see. Rooms on Panglao can cost more over the Chinese New Year holiday, so check those dates before you book.
